Shipping

Orders are prepared in Albuquerque, New Mexico and dispatched within two business days. Standard domestic delivery typically arrives within three to six business days; expedited options are offered at checkout where available.

Shipping is complimentary on United States orders over $75. Below that threshold a flat rate is applied and shown before payment. International destinations are quoted individually and may be subject to duties or import taxes collected by the destination country.

Once a parcel leaves our facility a tracking reference is emailed to the address on the order. If tracking has not updated within five business days, contact support and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
