Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Products showing wear beyond reasonable inspection may be refunded partially or declined.

To begin a return, contact support with your order number. A prepaid label is issued for domestic returns; international return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected, typically within five business days. Exchanges for a different device fitment or finish are processed as a refund and a new order.
